Join other families as you learn gentle techniques to help you calm and bond with your baby, understand their communication cues, increase digestion, and help with gas and discomfort in this 4 week IMUSA series. In addition to demonstrating massage strokes, each session will cover a different newborn development topic and allow for extra “ask the expert” time.
Currently offered on Mondays at The Village Project North Bend and on Tuesdays at Mount Si Wellness Collective.
Series may also be taught in the comfort of your own home - just request a private class.
