• Comprehensive 4 hour education series covering topics such as diapering, swaddling, bathing, feeding, and newborn sleep expectations

• Includes a separate Preparing for Lactation class at 37 weeks gestation

• Check and evaluate the baby’s space or nursery, making sure it is safe and that you have all the necessities for bringing baby home

On-call support: $100 per hour

Lactation support package: $300 Four 1 hour in-home or virtual visits

• One 1 hour pre-birth visit to teach hands-on methods to prepare for lactation as well as go over feeding positions and how to latch

• One 1 hour in-hospital or birthing center visit to answer questions and make sure latch is successful

• Two 1 hour in-home visits after birth

• Referrals to specialist care when needed

• Additional in-home visits may be requested and will be billed @ the rate of $100 per hour

Personalized in-home support, overnight or day time shifts.

• Coaching and guidance on caring for your newborn with gentle and evidence-based practices

• Ensure baby is in a consistent and safe sleeping environment, with the end goal of creating good sleep habits leading to long periods of sleep at night

• Lactation support: evaluate baby’s latch, provide guidance on various holds and positioning, referrals to specialist care when needed

• Bottle feeding education and formula feeding options if that is your choice/need

Contracted rate: $65 per hour

On-call rate: $75 per hour

Multiples: add $5 per infant per hour

The protocol taught is the Infant Massage USA course - a wonderful way to help foster a nurturing bond between you and your baby, improve your understanding of your baby’s communication cues, promote baby’s digestion, and ease their gas pains. It can be taught in the comfort of your own home or at a local location along with other families with similarly aged newborns.

For families seeking a private 4 week course in their own home: $299

For groups of at least 3 families (in a private home or other local location): $199 per family

For families contracted for in-home support, we may be able incorporate the program into your agreed upon schedule.
